Career Educator Resources

Career education and development is intended to prepare students for a variety of career and life roles, empowering them to construct their career destinies. The role has become diverse and includes career advice, guidance, coaching, counselling, career education, and development.
CATE has collated resources to support Career Educators in schools to develop a coherent careers programme that supports the development of career management competencies to enable students to make a successful transition into employment, training, and/or further work.
